Quantum Clouds · Legal & Privacy
Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to our website and technology services.
Last updated:
These Terms govern access to the Quantum Clouds website and our consulting, web, mobile, software, cloud, cybersecurity, automation and related professional services. By using the website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. A signed proposal, statement of work or order may add terms that control for that engagement.
1. Our services
We provide technology services described in a proposal or statement of work. Scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, fees and timelines are those agreed in writing. Estimates are not guarantees where requirements, approvals or third-party services change.
2. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, timely access and approvals, and rights to materials you provide. You are responsible for your content, credentials, backups and decisions made using deliverables. Do not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, abusive or unauthorised security activity.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, taxes, payment milestones, expenses and late-payment consequences are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable by the stated due date. We may pause work for overdue amounts after reasonable notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and third-party charges.
4. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. Subject to full payment, rights in final custom deliverables transfer or are licensed as stated in the applicable statement of work. Quantum Clouds retains ownership of its tools, frameworks, templates, know-how and reusable components and grants you the licence stated in the engagement terms. You grant us permission to use your materials only to provide the services.
5. Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, app stores, payment providers, Calendly, WhatsApp or other third parties. Their terms, availability, pricing and security are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
6. Confidentiality and data
Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing terms.
7. Warranties and support
We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Unless expressly agreed, the website and information are provided “as is”, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular business result, or compatibility with every third-party system. Support and warranty periods, if any, are stated in the engagement documents.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim arising from an engagement will not exceed the fees paid or payable for that engagement during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as stated in the applicable agreement or for a material breach not remedied after notice. On termination, you must pay for work performed and approved non-cancellable commitments. We may suspend access where needed to protect systems, people or legal compliance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction. The parties may agree to arbitration or another dispute process in a signed engagement.
