A practical approach to custom software development
Off-the-shelf software is not always a close fit for a business process. Quantum Clouds helps Pune organisations map approvals, records and reporting needs before designing a custom application. We identify where configuration or an existing platform is sufficient and where custom development adds value.
What the project can include
- Workflow applications: approvals, job tracking, internal portals and operational records.
- User permissions: define roles and access to the information each team needs.
- System integration: connect agreed CRM, ERP, accounting or external API workflows.
- Reporting and handover: useful dashboards, data exports and documentation for the delivered system.
A proposal should identify data migration, hosting, source-code ownership, support and change-request terms. We define these alongside the features so you can compare the whole cost of operating the system.
Scope, delivery and ongoing support
We begin with your business goal, users and existing systems, then agree a practical scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Design and implementation follow that scope, with a review before release. Hosting, third-party charges, ownership and support are specified in your proposal.

Can you support a business outside Pune?
Yes. We can plan discovery, reviews and handover remotely for Mumbai, Nagpur and other Indian cities. On-site work, if needed, must be agreed separately.
